Shipping and delivery timelines can vary based on the items ordered, customization requests, and destination address.

For large customized furniture orders including sofas, beds, and dining sets, NEWCASTLE FURNITURE CENTRE will provide a shipping quote after your order is finalized and ready to enter production. The quote will factor in dimensions, materials, and delivery address to provide an accurate estimate for your approval.

For in-stock furniture and accessories, shipping timelines will be calculated in checkout based on item size and weight as well as your zip code. In-stock items usually ship within 5-7 business days.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number to follow delivery progress. Our team will communicate any delays or changes to the estimated arrival timeframe.

We offer the following shipping rates based on your delivery location:

• Mainland UK:
  • All Local Deliveries are Free - (North East UK) - Put postcode in checkout page to check if you are eligible.
  • Free delivery is provided for all orders totaling GBP 699 or more across the UK.
  • For orders below GBP 699, a standard delivery fee of GBP 25 will apply (Nation wide except local).
• Northern Ireland:
  • A flat delivery rate of GBP 90 applies to all orders shipped to Northern Ireland.
