Terms & Conditions

1. Ownership

All goods remain the property of the seller until paid for in full.


2. Bespoke / Made-to-Order Items

A minimum 50% deposit is required.

Once ordered, bespoke items cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Lead times are estimates only.


3. Standard Stock Items

A deposit is required to reserve goods.


4. Clearance / Display / Ex-Display Items

All clearance and display items are sold as seen.

Customers acknowledge items may have marks, wear, or imperfections reflected in the price.

Items must be inspected before purchase and at delivery.

Once accepted, clearance/display items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If cancelled after being wrapped or loaded for delivery, a minimum 20% restocking fee plus delivery costs will apply.


5. Weekly Payment / Payment Plans

A minimum 20% non-refundable deposit is required.

Goods are removed from sale while on payment plan.

If payments stop for more than 14 days without agreement:

The order is cancelled

Goods return to stock

All monies paid are retained

If a customer cancels a payment plan, payments made are non-refundable.


6. Delivery Terms

Customers must ensure goods fit into their property.

If items do not fit, a 20% charge of the total order value applies.

If the customer is not present at agreed delivery time, a minimum £25 failed delivery fee applies.

Refusal of delivery without valid fault will incur delivery costs plus a 20% restocking fee.

Goods must be inspected while the delivery team is present.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours in writing with photographs.

 

 

 

7. Storage

Free storage for 21 days from notification goods are ready. After 21 days, weekly storage fees apply.

Goods unpaid or uncollected after 30 days may be resold. Deposits will be retained.


8. Mattresses

Mattresses may only be returned if unopened and sealed. Used or unwrapped mattresses cannot be returned.
