Return Policy

1. Return Period
- Customers may return items within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1 Acceptable Returns
- Unused furniture in pristine condition
- Original packaging intact
- All tags and labels still attached
- No signs of use, assembly, or damage
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or special order furniture
- Clearance or final sale items
- Mattresses and bedding (for hygiene reasons)
- Fabric protection plans and extended warranties
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return.
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include all original components and accessories.
- Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.
4. Refund Methods
- Original purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the same card.
- Purchases made by cash or check will be refunded via store credit or original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
5. Return Shipping and Handling
5.1 Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5.2 Condition Requirements
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Any damage during return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value.
- Customers will be responsible for paying the difference for higher-priced items.
- Exchange items must meet the same return conditions as standard returns.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- Immediately report any damage or defects within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photographic evidence of damage.
- We will replace or repair items found to be defective upon inspection.
8. Restocking Fees
- A 20% restocking fee may be applied to returned items.
- Restocking fees are deducted from the total refund amount.
- Fees do not apply to items that are defective or incorrectly shipped.
