• 1. Return Period

    • Customers may return items within 7 days of the original purchase date.
    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

    2. Eligibility for Returns

    2.1 Acceptable Returns

    • Unused furniture in pristine condition
    • Original packaging intact
    • All tags and labels still attached
    • No signs of use, assembly, or damage

    2.2 Non-Returnable Items

    • Custom-made or special order furniture
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Mattresses and bedding (for hygiene reasons)
    • Fabric protection plans and extended warranties

    3. Return Process

    1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return.
    2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
    4. Include all original components and accessories.
    5. Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.

    4. Refund Methods

    • Original purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the same card.
    • Purchases made by cash or check will be refunded via store credit or original payment method.
    • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

    5. Return Shipping and Handling

    5.1 Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    5.2 Condition Requirements

    • Items must be returned in their original condition.
    • Any damage during return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

    6. Exchanges

    • Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value.
    • Customers will be responsible for paying the difference for higher-priced items.
    • Exchange items must meet the same return conditions as standard returns.

    7. Damaged or Defective Items

    • Immediately report any damage or defects within 7 days of delivery.
    • Provide photographic evidence of damage.
    • We will replace or repair items found to be defective upon inspection.

    8. Restocking Fees

    • A 20% restocking fee may be applied to returned items.
    • Restocking fees are deducted from the total refund amount.
    • Fees do not apply to items that are defective or incorrectly shipped.
