The Tribeca Armchair is a welcoming and visually striking addition to any contemporary living space. 1. If the furniture does not go into the house or fit through the doors, then a 20% charge is made to the customer on the total value of the goods.
2. When your furniture is delivered inspect it closely for damages and defects. Make sure the delivery person is informed of any problems immediately.
3. If you are having any work done in your home, please be aware that building projects are frequently delayed. If you are unable to take delivery of your furniture when it is ready, we will store it for you free of charge for 21 days. Beyond this period, we are obliged to charge weekly storage.
4. Seller is not liable for any damages at the time of delivery.
5. The seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.
6. Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier, but the customer isn't present to receive the delivery, we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £25 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.
7. Items which are not adequately packaged at time of collection will not be collected and a charge of £25 will be levied to cover the cost of failed collection. The Buyer shall then be refunded with the full purchase price of the goods. Please note this does not apply to selected items of leather upholstery where there is a 50% cancellation/returns fee unless the order is cancelled within one week of placement. Such items are clearly marked.
8. Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses which have been slept on can not be returned. If you wish to test a mattress, please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.
9. Goods belong to the seller until paid in full. Any discount from signing up for our newsletter or other offer applies only to custom manufacturing orders, and does not apply to our standard online or in-store prices. The discount amount may vary from the posted online or offline prices.
10. New furniture orders and bespoke commissions: All our furniture is only made to order and - once placed - the furniture order may not be cancelled by you. For furniture orders from stock, only you have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days before the delivery date. However, if you do so, we shall retain the deposit, together with an administration charge of £50. This does not affect your statutory rights.
While we aim to deliver your new furniture as quickly as possible, some items may require 3-4 weeks for delivery due to the materials, customization, production time, and destination.
For large customized furniture orders including sofas, beds, and dining sets, Newcastle Furniture Centre will provide a shipping quote after your order is finalized and ready to enter production. The quote will factor in dimensions, materials, and delivery address to provide an accurate estimate for your approval.
